Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Edoply website (edoply.in) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Edoply provides digital services including web development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, social media management, video editing, graphic design, and AI automation. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SoW) signed by both parties.

• All projects require an advance payment as agreed upon in the project proposal
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on outstanding balances
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST 18%)

Upon full payment, all custom deliverables (code, designs, content) created specifically for the client become the client's intellectual property. Edoply retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

• Providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback
• Supplying all required content, credentials, and assets on time
• Designating a single point of contact for project communication
• Obtaining necessary licenses for any third-party content provided to us

Project timelines are estimates based on information available at the time of proposal. Edoply is not liable for delays caused by client-side delays in feedback, content provision, or approvals. Scope changes may result in revised timelines and costs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edoply's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.

Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date. Edoply shall deliver all completed work in standard exportable formats.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
